Prop 4 is about that the parents should be notified about their teen girl having an abortion.
My opinion about prop 4, Is that the parents don't need to now about their child getting an abortion cause its not them that's wants it, and maybe if their parents no then i don't think that they will want to go to the doctors and get an abortion,and they might get hurt or get a unsafe abortion
